| This tournament is sanctioned by the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) as a B Tier tour event and by The Wisconsin Disc Golf Tour (WI Tour). Players can earn points to qualify for the WI Tour Finals in September. Go to www.widiscsports.com for all WI Tour details. PDGA members will earn points toward qualification to next years World Championships. (Amateur 2007 PDGA Championships will be hosted in Milwaukee.) Our staff consists of Madison Area Disc Club Ltd. members and friends. We volunteer our time to help promote flying disc sports and the businesses that choose to sponsor the event. It gives us that warm fuzzy feeling to see the players having so much fun. All money raised goes back into the tournament. Tournament Central for the Saturday, July 22 portion of the event will be at Elver Park for the Amateur divisions including juniors, Intermediate women, and Intermediate men. Each division will play two rounds at Elver Park Disc Golf Course. There will be a random draw doubles single round event Saturday at Elver after awards ceremony, for any divisions Pro and Amateur that have at least four teams. Prizes will include merchandise for all Amateur divisions and cash for Pro's. Tournament Central on Sunday, July 23 with the Professional and Advanced divisions will be at Shelter # 3 in Token Creek Park . Play on Sunday will include one round at Vallarta-Ast Disc Golf Course and one round at Hiestand Park Disc Golf Course. All divisions include separate competitions for open, women, master, and grandmaster age groups.
